Products and availability
We aim to describe and photograph each saree accurately. Slight differences in colour can occur because of lighting, screens and natural variations in fabric or handwork. Check the description, colour and price shown for the selected variant before you buy.
Stock can change until an order is placed. If a product becomes unavailable or a listing contains a clear error, we will contact you about the order and arrange a refund of any amount already paid if we cannot fulfil it.
Prices, offers and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. The checkout shows the applicable product price, coupon discount, shipping charge and amount payable before you pay.
Orders are prepaid through our secure online checkout; cash on delivery is not offered. We confirm an order after its payment has been verified. If your payment is interrupted, check My Orders before paying again or contact us with your order details.
Coupons apply only during their stated dates and to eligible orders or products. Minimum values and usage limits shown with an offer also apply. Only one coupon can be used on an order.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to supported addresses in India. Delivery timing depends on the destination and courier; any estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Please check your address, PIN code and phone number at checkout.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before payment. You can see the order status in My Orders and contact us if a delivery is delayed or missing.
Returns and order problems
We do not offer routine returns or exchanges for a change of mind, colour preference or sizing choice. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, or your paid order is not delivered, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs. An opening video can help us investigate if you have one.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
