Information we collect

The information depends on how you use the website.

• Order and delivery details such as the products you buy, your name, phone number, delivery address and order history.
• Payment references and payment status returned by our payment provider. We do not receive your full card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Messages you send us and limited technical information needed to run the site and protect it from misuse.

How we use it

We use this information to create your account, process and deliver orders, confirm payments, answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. If we introduce optional marketing messages, we will explain how to opt in or out when that feature is offered.

Payments and service providers

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment result and references needed to confirm an order or investigate a payment issue.

Our hosting and delivery providers may receive only the information needed to operate the website or deliver your order. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and your browser

The website uses cookies to maintain your sign-in session and protect the account. Your bag and wishlist are also saved in your browser's local storage so they remain available when you return on that device.

You can clear these items in your browser settings, although doing so may sign you out or remove your saved bag and wishlist on that device. External social media sites have their own privacy practices when you choose to follow a link to them.

Retention and security

We keep account, order and payment records for as long as reasonably needed to serve you, resolve issues and meet legal or accounting requirements. We use access controls and protected password storage, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
